BOOT CAMP

For people who struggle to motivate themselves, or are unsure what they are doing when it comes to exercise, a popular alternative to personal training is to go along to a Boot Camp class. 

Classes are a fantastic way to exercise and provide a fun and supportive environment.

Whether you are looking to increase strength, improve fitness or lose weight, come along to one (or both) of the classes below, no registration required.

OPTION 1 - INDOOR BOOT CAMP

A great session of fun and intensive exercise to burn body fat and get great body tone.

Sessions involve a range of exercises using bodyweight and fitness equipment to provide a varied programme.

If you are looking for body shape change then this is the Boot Camp class for you.
