Classes are a fantastic way to exercise and provide a fun and supportive environment.
Whether you are looking to increase strength, improve fitness or lose weight, come along to one (or both) of the classes below, no registration required.
OPTION 1 - INDOOR BOOT CAMP
A great session of fun and intensive exercise to burn body fat and get great body tone.
Sessions involve a range of exercises using bodyweight and fitness equipment to provide a varied programme.
If you are looking for body shape change then this is the Boot Camp class for you.
Every Wednesday 7.15pm - Chalfont Leisure Centre
OPTION 2 - POWER WALKING BOOT CAMP
The power walking Boot Camp is a must if you want to watch the pounds fall off and your body tone up whilst having fun at the same time.
Sessions involve power walking in Chalfont St.Peter or Chalfont St.Giles with regular intervals of targeted exercises to burn calories and tone the body.
